The Sacred Secrets Mysteries
More than fifteen years ago, I first heard the story of the Spear of Longinus. I was researching King Arthur in Glastonbury, England, when I found a reference to the Holy Spear that lit my imagination on fire.
I was hooked on the Spear in a heartbeat. It was a cornucopia of magic…
A sacred artifact that could endow a man or woman with the power to rule the world…
A talisman so coveted by kings, emperors, conquerors, popes, and the Knights Templar, they all fought to own it…
Hitler wanted it so badly he stole it, had a counterfeit duplicate made to protect it and hid it in Nuremberg…
General George Patton unearthed it in 1945, then disobeyed direct orders to return it to Washington as a spoil of war.
WOW!
Little did I know it would take me more than a decade to ferret out every fact and legend about this astounding artifact and several more years to weave the story of Lark’s Labyrinth around it.
And that was just the beginning…
Awash in Secrets
Along the way I unearthed so many secrets it became apparent that just one book would never be enough.
I started out unraveling the tendrils of Nazi occultism that didn’t end after the war’s end but went underground to undermine the future. – Die Glöcke, the Neuschwabenland military installation under Antarctica, Al Quaeda, the Montauk Project, and myriad other conspiracies all had their roots in Naziism.
But there was so much more…
As I researched deeper and deeper into the arcane and magical, I was quickly awash in unsolved sacred mysteries. Tales emerged of the 13 families said to rule the world, the Bloodline of Jesus, the Illuminati, Secret Societies, Admiral Byrd’s confiscated diary, lost cities, stargates, UFOs, the 13 piece Regalia of Christ, the Fatima Secrets, Angelology, the Star Visitors… too many to name, but enough to thrill and challenge a writer’s heart. Enough, I hope, to whet your appetite for all that comes next in this series.
The Amici
Beyond all that, my characters were growing in my heart and mind, a million stories exploding into in my imagination. My characters became like family members…I lived and breathed every moment of their desperate flight and their magical quest.
As the Friends of the Hunt (the Amici) took shape in me, I knew how very much work lay ahead of them in their zeal to solve the amazing secrets they’d been tasked with. And how they and I would travel the road together.
What’s Next?
Lark’s Labyrinth, Book I of the Sacred Secrets Mysteries, is on the digital shelves now. I hope you’ll get to know and care about my characters in The Labyrinth and then I trust you’ll accompany them on their sacred quests. They and I are looking forward to making the pilgrimage with you and Book II in this series will be available this summer.
